This monthly membership provides a comfortable space where we discuss a variety of topics in nutrition including: fad diets, how to eat balanced plates, how to read nutrition labels, how to shop, where to find ingredients, etc. It’s  a great way to have access to Neda on a monthly basis where you can ask questions. 

However, it is important to note that a DIY nutrition program may not be suitable for all clients. Individuals with complex health conditions or specific dietary needs may require more individualized guidance.

Will I receive personalized meal plans and nutrition advice as part of the program?

No. A personalized plan requires a 1:1 consultation to be able to understand your unique needs. However, you will be provided with resources and recipes that you can modify to your needs and preferences.

Can you provide guidance and support for specific health concerns or dietary restrictions, such as food allergies or digestive issues?

Yes, we will discuss different practical tips on how to avoid certain allergenic foods and alternatives. Gut health is one of my specialties so we will also cover this topic. However, personalized recommendations require a 1:1 consultation to evaluate your health history and make appropriate recomendations and to consider your unique situation and needs. 

Is there a minimum commitment period, or can I cancel at any time?

The minimum committment period is 3 months. This is to give you a chance to take advantage of the community and resources.
